We, also, have the ability to work with multiple hearing aid manufacturers, allowing us to better fit you with the right hearing aid. Our knowledgeable and compassionate staff will help you experience better hearing.

Our audiologists are extremely knowledgeable about hearing aid technology and the different manufacturers. They stay up-to-date on each manufacturer’s devices. At Uthe Hearing Aid and Audiology Centers, we will never just try to sell you hearing aids, we genuinely want to help you experience better hearing and understand your overall hearing health.

Your First Appointment

When you come in for your first appointment you will be greeted by our friendly front staff. They will go over any paperwork you need to fill out and help you feel comfortable while you wait. Our office isn’t cold and clinical, instead it has a homey atmosphere. We encourage you to bring a friend or family member with you to your appointment. Having someone with you can help you feel at ease as well as help us understand what you’re having trouble hearing.

We begin the appointment by having you fill out a brief survey/questionnaire so we can understand your listening environments and what brought you in. This helps us understand what areas you are having trouble hearing in.

After a short conversation to get to know you, we will look inside your ears with an otoscope to check for any earwax build-up or ear infection. Once we've ensured your ears are clean, then we begin the hearing test.

After your hearing test we will go over your results and explain them to you. We believe education is important, that’s why we will go over in detail the effects of your hearing loss.

If hearing aids are recommended, then we will go over your options and our audiologists will make the recommendation based on your degree of hearing loss and unique needs.

Uthe Hearing Aid and Audiology Centers is a preferred hearing care provider for the NFL Players Association Professional Athletes Foundation. Through this partnership, the PAF aims to bring better hearing to former professional athletes and their fans across the nation. Together, we spread awareness, help players in need of hearing care, and collected data on the connection between hearing loss and professional football.
